Hi my name is Sanchit and I have probably been cheated of Rs. 7840 through my SBI credit card. I got a call from a certain from the number [protected] and he claimed to be from SBI credit card marketing department. She offered to convert my reward points into cash and made me pay Rs. 7840. to the merchant 'trendon_epaykerela Mumbai IND' and told the equivalent amount of my reward points would be credited to my account within 48 hours, but nothing of that sort happened. I have now blocked my card and CITI says unfortunately there is no way to revert this payment. Hence, kindly investigate this serious matter and refund my amount which is debited fraudly.
