Trendy Western — Non delivery of the pre paid ordered item of Rs.998 on 14/10/2020

I have ordered two garments of Rs998 (each of Rs 499) in prepaid mode on 14/10/2020. I haven't received the ordered items till now. Deliver the items or refund the money to my account within a week otherwise I will complain to the appropriate authority.
