I have ordered 2 different products worth Rs.998 on 4th of november @ trendywestern.com. I didn't receive any confirmation mail, but I got a message to my Number stating the confirmed order. I have made my payment through google pay.
I have attached the order summary when I made the payment and payment was done via Google pay.
I didnt recieve any tracking details or shipping details. I mailed them several times but there is no response. Because of this i have faced a lot of stress and mental torture and it was ordered for my relative .Hence I request the company to pay me the refund as soon as possible.

Updated by bxvna I got a call from the consumer board, and they asked me to send a request through UPI for the refund by giving a another number .And further i didn't get any reply back either from complaint board or from TRENDY WESTERN. There are so many queries each day on this company. I don't understand why the government is still running that website..and people are getting cheated day by day and not all queries are answered also.
kindly do the needful for the refund as soon as possible
