Trendy Western — Product not received and pending pickup at Surat

I purchased clothes from Trendy Western. Order no:15253 on 2nd Nov. When I checked the tracking, it reflects as peding pickup since 3rd Nov.
I dont understand the delay. I have written mails to customer care and I dont get any response. I tried calling the numbers of customer care, but not able to reach any of them.
I need to know when i would receive the product.
