Trendy Western — Saree Refund - complaining about I didn't get refund as I don't get the product

I have ordered one saree and it is not delivered till now. Its more than a month...I have paid amount. But saree is not delivered till now. So I have sent a mail to customer care support also but not useful. If it was not delivered they should return amount back.
