Tribit — TRIBIT StormBox Lava Speaker Charging and Sound Issues

Dear Tribit Support Team,

I purchased a TRIBIT StormBox Lava Portable Bluetooth Speaker from Amazon India on 27 December 2025. The speaker is now not charging properly and always shows only 10% battery. After some time, the charging stops, the red charging light turns off, and it does not come back on even when I continue charging.

The speaker is also not turning on properly. When it does turn on, the sound is distorted and has very poor quality, with the audio constantly bursting/crackling.

Please help me resolve this issue under the warranty. I would appreciate a replacement or repair if applicable.
