I have bought tribit maxsound 24w from Amazon India. But my product battery is not proper working from day one, now with in six month battery is proper dead, and tribit is not resolvin my problem.

Bluetooth speaker(tribit x sound go) sound suddenly became very bad after working fine for 8 months.Bought it on Amazon in March. Out of the blue the left speaker is giving very distorted sound. This is no longer usable for listening to music. Please let me know how to claim warranty and get it repaired or replaced.tried multiple ways to reach out to company for the same. Even Amazon customer support didn't know how to reach out to them

I have purchased Tribit XSound go 16W speaker from amazon on 10th April, 2023 via order number :[protected], and as of today 5th September, 2023 its not working. I have tried every possible way to turn on the speaker but its not turning on. I tried to charge it for an hour still its not turning on, while there has been no damage done. I tried to hold the power button for more than 3 second its not turning on even after that . I am sure its the speaker's fault. I kindly need to claim the warranty or need the refund.

I am attaching the invoice for your reference. Kindly look into this matter asap and guide me with the warranty.

Hi Team Tribit,
I have many Tribit Products, Like Tribit Stormbox Old version, Tribit Quite Plus, Tribit Stormbox Pro [upgraded].

Recently my Stormbox Pro [upgraded] stopped working accurately. Base is gone, sounds distorted and lost. Such a Shame.

Also Tribit Customer Care is not that great in India. I almost lost hope until today, to write about my issues here.

Please help me with my issue, or replace my stormbox pro [upgraded].

I purchased Tribit XSound Go 16W 5.0 Bluetooth Speaker from Amazon India on 23rd September 2022 via order Number:[protected], today which is 20th March 2023 when I play any song or video it plays 4-5 seconds and automatically mutes. It behaves the same on other phones or laptops. I have tried everything possible to make it work but it does not. I am sure that it is the speaker's fault. I kindly need to claim my warranty or need a full refund of the same.

My complaint about Tribit Storm Box Bluetooth Speaker 24W with 360°Sound is malfunctioning from 2 weeks. I bought it on "amazon.in" website. My speaker is malfunctioning from past 2 weeks its not charging properly and battery draining battery in 1 hour it's major issues i reset it but it not work. So i reached customer support via "tribit.com " website the customer support is worst bcoz it's not showing any no for contacting.Then i email it on [protected]@tribitaudio.com for warranty claim but no response from the support tribit team no response of email after waiting 2 weeks no body contacting me or reply on that complaint so please help me to resolve the issue.

No loudness in the headphones you people should somewhat work on increasing the loudness its enough my problem is only no loudness

I have purchased Tribit XFree Go headphones from Amazon India on 29th July 2021 via order ID:[protected], today which is 25th Apr 2022 when I switched on the headphones after charging, it doesn't stay on for more than 5 mins even if I pair it or not with my mobile or with my laptop. Before switching off the headphone says "Power Off". Thinking if the charge isn't sufficient I tried charging with regular USB port from laptop and with in few seconds the red light turns green. When paired the battery shows 100% but with in few seconds it again switches off. Not sure what is the problem. Kindly help.

Sir my tribit xfree go headphone is malfunctioning.I bought it on "amazon.in" website.My head is malfunctioning for past 2weeks.all the 3 buttons are malfunctioning.power button is totally not working properly.when reached customer support via "tribit.com " website .the customer support is worst.that chat box opening automatically in tribit website and not closing.no body contacting me or reply on that complaint.please help me to resolve...
