[Resolved]  Tribit — Tribit XFree Go Headphones

Hello Tribit Support,

I have purchased Tribit XFree Go headphones from Amazon India on 29th July 2021 via order ID:[protected], today which is 25th Apr 2022 when I switched on the headphones after charging, it doesn't stay on for more than 5 mins even if I pair it or not with my mobile or with my laptop. Before switching off the headphone says "Power Off". Thinking if the charge isn't sufficient I tried charging with regular USB port from laptop and with in few seconds the red light turns green. When paired the battery shows 100% but with in few seconds it again switches off. Not sure what is the problem. Kindly help.

I am attaching my invoice for your reference. Kindly let me know on how to proceed with this warranty claim.

Tribit team reached out to me and refunded the whole price of the headphones by producing the amazon invoice for the same. Appreciate their customer support team on the same.
