Hi,
I have invested Rs.25000 in Tricom India Ltd. company fixed deposit. Initially I have received interest on same but from last 1 year I have not got interest amount. I have sent my fixed deposit receipt for prematurity but not received any communication nor acknowledgment.
please advise me to get money back from company.

After sending the Original FDR, the company has sent me the cheque for the interest amount only, keeping the principal amount pending. They have not sent any communication for keeping the repayment pending. The company does not have any grievance cell and some telephone operator picks up the phone and says that she will call me later which never happens. I had written a mail to the company which was also not replied. I had later complained to the Registrar of Companies Mumbai for the default in payment which had given ultimatum to the company for the payment. Even though the period is over, no payment has been received. I have now decided to apply to Company Law Board in form No.4.
It is really surprising that the companies are enjoying on the money looted from the investors and out jurisdiction does not have a strict law to force such companies to pay the money back. I may be contacted [protected]. I feel if anybody is also sailing in the same boat, please contact me so that we can lodge a complaint together.
