[Resolved]  Tricom India Limited — PF amount was not deposited to PF Office from the year 2006

Respected Sir/Madam,

I'm Maya Panchal (Rukhsana Shaikh before marriage name) staying at Mumbai. I have worked more than 7 years in Tricom India Limited and left this company/organization in the year 2011.
After leaving this company still I was not getting my PF Amount. Lot of times I have spoken with HR of Tricom India Limited (Geeta) and visited Tricom but I don't know whats going on there. Also I have visited Thane PF thrice times and the officer told me from the Year 2006 Tricom was not deposited PF Contribution Amount to PF Office and every month they are deducting PF Amount from our salary not only PF Amount but also they had not paid ESIC & Profession Tax.

I want to take legal action as well as want some amount of compensation because they had used our fund for their use.
They had done this thing with lot of employees so we need to take legal actions against this company/organization.
