Somehow we find out that and Performa invoice and Dealer Receipt what we received was fake, and dealer diverted my booking amount to someone else Account without any verification, and delivered and car to another customer without taking any money to that customer.
My friend Mr. Vikas continuously in touch with showroom Executive Mr. Chandan whose name and contact number are printed on the Performa invoice, regarding car delivery and other documents, he also confirm that dealership (Trident Automobiles Pvt Ltd). received the payment, but he said the car is in transit and cannot be delivered by 20th august 21 can be possible by 25th of August 21. We have also booked VIP number for the vehicle.
When we didn’t received any mail, sms, or any invoice related to the car delivery till 25th August 21 will further investigate and come to know that we have been framed. We immediately contacted to the Branch Manager of Trident Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Mr. Manu ([protected]), he also acknowledge the payment received and confirm payment details, but told us that payment was credited to someone else Account and he took the delivery of the car.
We also inform the Vice President Mr. Farid of Trident Automobiles Pvt Ltd. regarding the same with one of my common Friend, he himself start enquiring about the whole matter.
But unfortunately we got response from Trident Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Manager Mr. Manu that if we got payment from another party till that we can’t refund your money back,
Just one thing I wanted to know in this whole episode where is my mistake for which I am getting punishment of trusting Hyundai motors. This is not the duty of higher authority of trident motors that they will catch the culprit and refund my money back to me. Why I am suffering because of miss management of the showroom. This is not the small amount to forget,
I am asking your help to please resolve this issue immediately, and take strict action against whoever involve in this, also instruct showroom to refund my amount in the same account.

This is a very unfortunate situation for all o[censored]s. But the fact is I make the payment for my car I got nothing but to do all this paper work to get back my money refund. We are also planning to go to police station, Media trail and legal proceeding if this matter not resolve immediately. This is create unnecessary harm to the Hyundai brand as well as dealership.
