i20 car

I had purchased an i20 in 2015. Paid the full amount in the last week of september 2015 and i was informed car would be delivered by the 04th of october. I was later informed i would receive it by the 20th of october as there was heavy rains and flooding in chennai and hence could not be delivered. After continous follow and finally i gave up on the morning of 25th of nov'15, i requested my money be returned as it was already 2 months since i had paid and there was no sight of getting my car. Late evening at 9pm i get a call stating i could take delivery of the car. I was totally surprised as when i contacted them in the morning there was no mention.
Moreover the car had some features like the reverse camera for which i had not paid. When questioned i was informed they did not have a valid answer. I took delivery of the car and within 8 months the clutch box gave way and had to be replaced. Since it was still in warranty period it was replaced and i was informed i will not have any problem. This was in july'16.
Again in nov'17, the clutch plate had to be replaced. I was assured now it is all fine and i won't have any problem.
In aug'18 same problem and the entire assembly had to be replaced which cost me approx 22000.
I got a call from the service centre 3 days after i took delivery to check the performance of the car for which i informed them there was a noise each time i started and stopped the car. The service executive requested me not to inform anyone and asked me to bring the car the next day.
That evening when i started the car there was a loud bang and the engine went up in flames.
I have not got any convincing report from trident hyundai on the reason why it went up in flames. I only got a mail stating that it was due to rodent bite but proper answer for all the queries raised by me or by my colleague who was working in an automobile industry.
This happened on the 19th of aug and now its more than 2.5months and i have still not received my car. Rajesh bt who is supposed to be the head of trident does not pick my calls not does he have the courtesy to respond to my messages or calls.

selling of old manufacture date car (grand i10)

Hi, i booked a new hyundai (Grand i10 sportz (O) car from trident hyundai on december 19th 2017. During the car booking, the dealer had promised that they will be delivering august 2017 and above manufactured car whereas once i get the rc book i came to know that the car was manufactured in january 2017. Now, after multiple complaints with the dealer and with hyundai customer care nothing has been progressed. Kindly help me with this issue.

Fraud with fake insurance documents

I had made a payment of rs. 9682 to trident hyundai towards a new insurance policy for my private vehicle more than 2 weeks back, but i am yet to receive my insurance policy document. The lady at trident hyundai (Shwetha) who i had been talking to over the phone, has not been answering my calls since the day i made the payment. I also inquired with reliance general insurance regarding my policy document and they suggest they have not received any request from trident hyundai for the insurance of my vehicle.
Basically shwetha from trident hyundai has cheated me with my money and i reckon she has been doing it quite regularly with other customers as well. There is another person by the name nachiket who is also involved in this fraud who apparently is shwetha's manager and he also has not been answering my calls.

They spoil my rear wiper

I had given my Hyundai Santro KA 03 MB 8912 for servicing to Trident Hyundai on Koramangala-Indiranagar Ring Road, Domlur, Bangalore on March 12, 2016. When I took back the car I didn't notice that my rear wiper was up since it was dark. The next morning i couldn't put it down since it was not working. I called them immediately and they promised to repair it. I was out of town for 2 weeks and returned only on April 2. When I took it to them they said the motor is spoilt since somebody forgot to switch it off. I said it wasn't me since it didn't even turn on for me to forget to turn it off! They said they will order the part and since it's an old car they weren't sure how long it will take and that they will call me as soon as it arrives. I went there today and they said they used the part in some other car and will order again for me! Now they are asking me for Rs. 8500 for a part that they broke! This is after they admitted to me that it was working when they got it and that it was not working when I received it! I want my rear wiper to be repaired at no cost to me since it was fine when I gave the car to them.
