This is a complaint against Renault Mysore Road Showroom(Bangalore) dealer from where i unfortunately decided to book my Renault Triber Car(Registration Number: KA 41 MD 4227) on 8-10-21.
There was a post delivery commitment of delivering accessories worth around 6k+ Rs, for the said purchase and now even after 3 months, the standard replies from their so called branch managers is "we are checking with the accessories department". This was not even a new model car where may be accessories are difficult to get for initial few months. If you don't have accessories, why are you selling the car in the first place?. Seriously dissatisfied with this showroom even after paying the full payment in CASH. Planning to file a consumer case against these showrooms demanding hefty money for such torture.
