[Resolved] Trimmo.online — On face book other product was shown and received worst product, so wanted my refund back

I have ordered trimmer online from the site and worst product i have received on 22/07/2020 from blue dart. In the picture good product was shown but once i have received the order i saw its was worst product and its price will be less the 200/- rs and for this product i paid 779/- rs. Site is not traceble and the mail id they have provided is wrong and on the chat they are not replying. I have marked the mail to blue dart as well but haven't received any reply from them. Contact number for chat was & the name appear on the site is https://trimmo.online.
Please help me to get my refund back. They have looted many people. This should be stopped.

Updated by Rupa Kanojia I have provided contact number as well, that person is available on wats app then also no action is take and u all have put the complaint that it is resolve. Just give me the specification u all have done to resolve the complaint. That fake site is taking money from so many customer and providing the product whose worth will be lesser then 100/- rs and product is not working as well
