I am absolutely devastated by the experience I’ve had with Trip.com. The way they have handled my case has pushed me into massive debt and has taken a severe toll on my mental health. I am writing this in a state of complete agony, as this situation has left me broken—financially, emotionally, and mentally.
I booked flights through Trip.com and, due to misleading information and a complete lack of transparency, I was denied entry at Dhaka airport, resulting in a loss of over 25, 000 INR. Trip.com’s customer service has been completely unhelpful, and they are offering me an unacceptable refund of less than 20, 000 INR despite the airline offering more. What’s worse, they are charging me over 30, 000 INR in cancellation fees for my upcoming flights, which I feel is nothing but a blatant scam.
I trusted Trip.com, and now I am regretting that decision more than anything in my life. The emotional distress I’ve experienced is unbearable, and I feel like I’m drowning in this situation. I am mentally broken, stressed beyond belief, and fighting to make ends meet because of this.
Trip.com has completely ignored my requests for a fair resolution, leaving me to fend for myself. I am now considering all legal options available to me, as no company should be allowed to treat its customers this way.
I demand a full refund for the tickets I couldn’t use and a reduction or elimination of the cancellation fees for my upcoming flights. Trip.com has taken everything from me, and I am tired of their deceitful practices.
I am urging others to stay far away from Trip.com to avoid the financial and emotional nightmare I am going through right now. This is not just a booking error—it’s a complete violation of trust and consumer rights.
