Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file an official complaint against TripFactory, a travel agency that organized a recent trip to Vietnam for my mother, sangita oswal, and her group of six friends. The trip, which was supposed to be a pleasant and safe experience, turned out to be a disastrous and distressing experience for the group, especially as they are women aged 45+.
Here are the key issues that occurred during the trip:
Food Arrangements: Despite explicitly requesting vegetarian meals for the entire group, no vegetarian food was provided. My mother even begged the assigned representative, Vinay Daniel (contact number: [protected]), to provide vegetarian food, but she was completely denied. This caused significant inconvenience, as the group struggled to find adequate food.
Accommodation Issues: The accommodation provided was of poor quality and did not meet the standards mentioned in the itinerary. Instead of the promised hotels, they were checked into low-class hotels that were not suitable for their comfort and safety.
Lack of Sightseeing and Activities: The sightseeing and activities that were promised in the itinerary were either not conducted properly or not organized at all. The group missed out on the major attractions they had looked forward to visiting.
Poor Support and Communication: There was a lack of communication and support from TripFactory, particularly from the assigned representative, Vinay Daniel. This left my mother and her friends feeling helpless and unsupported during the entire trip.
Given the serious nature of these complaints, I request your department to take appropriate action against TripFactory. I am seeking:
A thorough investigation into the company’s failure to deliver the promised services.
Assistance in obtaining a refund or compensation for the services not provided, including vegetarian meals, proper accommodations, and sightseeing.
I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed with this matter and look forward to your prompt response.
