Cancellation of trip to Turkey TFF002R2UNI (MANOBENDRA ROY)
1 I Col Manobendra Roy had booked a holiday trip to Turkey on 18 July commencing on 30 Sep with Kolkata branch of Trip Factory. It was for self and wife.
2 I deposited Rs 1, 03, 126/- as Booking Amount on 18 July.
3. Later during second week Aug my wife started havng Medical problems and was diagnosed - Lumbar Spondylitis.
4. I then requested Trip Factory on 29 Aug for cancellation of my trip to Turkey and for refund.
5. Trip Factory has refunded me ₹ 68, 603/- but this amount is ₹10, 000/- short since Ms Priyanka Sr Exec on 13 Sep 2022 promised the following Refund to me on tele :-
(a) Rs 68, 603/- which is for return Air tickets from Delhi to Istanbul and internal Air tickets in Turkey
(b) Rs 3000/- which is for TF SC.
(c) Rs 7000/- cancellation charges of Rs 7000/- for hotel and land which cannot be levied since NIL cancellation charges are in vogue everywhere.
6.Thus Total Refund due to me stands as Rs 78, 603/-(68, 603+3000+7000)
8. However on 14 Sep my bank account was credited Rs 68, 603/-.
9 This amount is short by Rs 10, 000/- .
10 I now request Trip Factory to refund me Rs 10, 000/-.

Hi, Have been employed by Trip Factory from October 2021 as Regional Head for Goa, without any notice the company has not paid my salary for the month of March 2022.
When I had joined I did get an offer letter which said I had 1 months notice period to serve incase the company decides to let go of my services.
Till date I have not got any official mail from the company asking me to be relived hence technically am still a staff of Trip Factory.
Appreciate you guidance and help.

Refused to refund the amount
Hi
We booked a trip for Europe in TripFactory. Due to COVID they canceled the trip and not refund the money .They haven’t booked any flights or hotel by then . I almost paid so much amount. When I ask them to refund they are denying. Any help/ suggestion to get my hard earned money back would be helpful. I’m not willing to travel anywhere due to health issues.

Do not book with trip factory. I was promised a refund but company is forcing a credit shell. Company hiding behind a mail id.
Hi,
My name is vijay bahadur gupta and i booked a dubai trip for my family for 22nd march. Trip reference - tfn0020volq. I made full payment to them.
However i cancelled my booking around 5th march when the covid 19 situation was still evolving. I was given an option of choosing between refund and a credit note by my booking agent and i chose for my refund.
At first i was told that refund will take around 15 days, i contacted them after 15 days and i was told that refund will take around 45-60days due the pandemic.
I understood the situation and did not disturb them for full 60 days.
After 60 days i contacted the booking agent and i was told that the refund will take around 60-90 days after international borders open.
I told the booking agent to please expedite the refund as i need the fund, where in she told me that all employees of the company are on unpaid leaves and she can not do anything.
I got the company's phone number from their website and called them, the call goes to a automated response which replies that due to huge number of calls we can not take calls and you can mail on [protected]@tripfactory.com.
I contacted the travel agent multiple times and told her to provide me a number where i can call and explain my situation, for which the various responses i got were: i do not have numbers of anybody in the company, i am not allowed to share the numbers, etc.
Also i was told that you keep sending the mails on the above said id and somebody will get back to you.
As per the advise i mailed them explaining my situation. I got a reply saying that a credit shell has been issued in place of refund.
Again, i contacted the booking agent and i was again informed by her that my refund has already been approved then only and i was told to mail again stating all the facts.
I asked the agent for her mail id so that i can include her in the mail conversations going on, surprisingly she refused at first saying that their mail ids were deactivated. She then provided the mail id later.
After sending multiple mails trip factory is still hell bent on issuing credit note only.
And now the booking agent's phone is not in service, convenient.
Now my complaints with the company are:
1. I do not want a credit shell, as i need the funds.
2. My refund has been approved as i did not opt for credit shell. (Informed multiple times by booking agent)
3. Company is hiding behind a mail address, even does not have courtesy to callback when requested multiple times.
4. Somebody in care team even does not read mails and write only about credit shell, validity of five years and hopes for continued patronage.
5. After company the booking agent, who was sole point of contact for me went out of service.
Also in one of the mails the care team tried to make an impression that the company is doing us a favour by giving us the credit shell. This is the line from their mail"we at tripfactory is giving our contribution by cancelling your booking and the amount of rs 2, 39, 000/- has been loaded in your credit shell which can be used for your future booking and is valid upto 5 years."
When i asked what is their contribution in the issue, they kept mum.
Now i would strongly suggest to everyone to not book any service from this company as:
1. They have no courtesy to keep the customer informed,
2. They will not take the calls when you need them to,
3. They will go out of service when they do not want to talk,
4. They will not keep their promises.
I feel cheated after the attitude shown by the company till now, it goes on to show the charecter of the company. The way they went into hiding is just shameful, nobody in the management seems to have courage to face the customers. I have not forced them for refund today but they are forcing credit shell on me.
I have attached [protected]@tripfactory.com, which is founder of the company in all the mails. He has defended his company on many occasions on this forum which goes on to show that this review is reaching him.
Again save yourselves all the trouble, do not do any business with trip factory.

"waiting factory" pathetic people

We booked dubai trip with trip factory in the month of nov in 2018. Only thing that was smooth during the entire trip was the pickup from airport. Entire trip was horrible, all we did was just wait wait wait and wait for our cab for hours!!. No coordination at all among the executives. During our pickup for sand dunes, we got a message saying sorry, our sand dunes tour was cancelled and money would be refunded! Pathetic service ever. We had to literally fight with the executive throughout our trip. There was no peace of mind in the trip since we faced too many issues.

I have booked a tour from the trip factory on 18 th oct 2018 for the departure date 11nov 2018. And make a full payment on 28th oct 2018. But after 5 days on 2nd nov due to poor medical condition i request them to cancel the tour. But from that day they are not giving back me aby amount i also request them to deduct some charges and make the rest payment but they are charging 100 percent cancation charges how it is possible i also tell them...

I bought a package from trip factory to ladakh and since i did not have much idea, i preferred to take a package assuming they will help me with a good itinerary and support in case i face any problems. But this is what i realised soon:
1. The itinerary was so poorly planned that it missed out major destinations like pangong, asian museum, lamayuru etc which we only found after reaching there
2. Our phone networks stopped working after reaching there and the wifi availability was very less. Instead of telling us about this ttripfactory asked us to contact on telegram for emergency
3. Due to the extreme weather conditions one o[censored]s fell sick and we had no idea what to do so we tried to reach out to them but nobody responded and we were left on our own to figure out our problems and we being two girls we had to completely depend on the locals for help and support
4. We were promised 3 star hotels which we paid for but after reaching we realised the sad state of the hotels which did not have minimum supply of hot water or electricity or wifi. When we tried to reach them they plainly said we cannot ensure you hot water in the hotels. Basically they did not have any idea of the condition of the hotels.
5. The places included in the itinerary were mostly closed like the diskit monastery, the ranchi school etc and not operating for the season and clearly tripfactory had no idea about this
6. After all the hassels when we tried to reach out to trip factory they did not even bother listening to our problems although they knew we were two girls stranded in an unknown place when asked they said they were not responsible for anything and we should have researched the place before we went
The price which they charged was exorbitant for the itinerary they designed for us. All i understood at the end was they are not capable of planning trips, addressing customer issues or even listening to them and they have no respect for customers money. They can go to any level to cheat. I would not recommend trip factory to anybody. I repeat plan your travel with tf at your own risk or your leisure time will turn into a nightmare.

I was overcharged for my trip to london in june. They promised me a refund in june itself. After a number of follows in end august they came back saying that they can not refund the money but will give me voucher that i can use in my next booking. I will never ever use their services.
I have whatsapp messages where in they had confirmed giving me the refund.

Hi all
I would never recommend anyone to go through trip factory. They are cheaters!!! Trust me i have been trough hell even before i could step to australia trip. I am forced to cancel coz of trust issues. From day one to till date i have been experiencing #. Lohith is a cheater. This man has robbed my mother for 35000. Lohith is such a rouge i've seen in my lifetime, this # tells me that i[censored] want to file an fir he laughs and says go through our terms and conditions. He assined an other # from visa team who don't know what are the proofs we need to submit for visa and they say he is the visa head bloody nonsense. Above all this # i've spoken to the vice president of trip factory mr. Sudeep he was an other nonsense i have met in my whole life bloody instead of giving solutions he is supporting the nonsense his team members did... If the vp is useless no wonder how team would be! My mother is a cancer patients and you robbed her money i will go to any extent to get my mom's hard earned money and baatrads like you have robbed from a patient trust me you will loose double the amount from your pockets coz karma is a #* as your team member lohith challenged me i'm going forward and since i have all the recordings of our conversations from the beginning let's see who wins the case. I'm filing an fir against lohith for cheating and fooling the customer. You have played with the feeling and time of my mother who is fighting her life day in and out. I have not come across brutle price like you. Instead of requesting you guys that the trip is sensitive to us you still lack humanity. When we sent them the proofs they said include of all amount. Every call a new proof they need!! Every time new statement that has nothing to do with the old # they spoke and when asked they say you did not clearly listen. When we wanted to cancel none of them were bothered and when we canceled they changed us 35000 for there negligence of work. I am also facing the same issue. Earlier when I booked for the europe trip and paid 82500/- as an advance and then due to covid the trip got cancelled. Earlier they said they will provide a refund and then they said we can give credit shell as their company is into losses. I agreed to the credit shell but not they have given another bomb. They are saying you can only use 50% of the money in one trip and next 50% needs to be used in the next trip. which means i need to plan another trip for them to use my remaining amount. This is ridiculous. If you want we can fight this together and try to get money for harassment as well. My email is saptarshi.[protected]@gmail.com. They are a big time fraud
