Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice regarding a holiday package which was booked with total amount of rs. 64, 000/; in a travel agency dated 2nd july 2019 {gangtok with north sikkim from 07th oct 19 to 12 oct 19 (5 night & 6 days)} by your travel agency and he had confirmed me about the tour vide email dated 5th july 2019. As per him, package cost i had to pay was rs. 64, 000/- (Rupees sixty four thousand only through electronic mode, before starting our journey, i thought it would be a dream holiday, however, it have been my worst trip ever, moreover this i have paid extra amount of rs.17, 100/- (Rupees seventeen thousand one hundred only) during our tour from my own account on his request which he had promised to return back within couple of days, but till yet i have not received the amount of rs. 17, 100/-.

Day – 1 - when we reached njp railway station he had not provided the pickup cab at station. As per package tour itenary terms and condition he was suppose to provide us the pickup cab till gangtok from njp railway station, but he didn’t provide that to us. When i informed him over what’s app he requested me over what’s app to reach siliguri bus stand at my own cost – again which was not mentioned by him before the booking in his company, (Toto fare paid there extra by me rs. 200/-), from there we had to take the cab for gangtok, which was also paid by me from my own pocket on his request, but again the same was not in the terms & condition on tour package. Later, on his request i paid in cash rs. 2, 500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) to the car driver. On the same date he had promised me to refund back the amount of rs.2, 700/- {2, 500+ 200 = 2, 700/-}, which i have personally paid on behalf at his request.
Day – 2 – as per your scheduled itenary we were about to start our journey towards lachen on day 2, but that also didn’t happen, we were bound to stay one more day at gangtok hotel itself due to your misleading and mismanagement.
Day – 3 – we started our journey towards lachen, which was delayed by one day due to your miscommunication or mismanagement, after reaching hotel at lachen you again told me to pay the hotel charges rs. 8000/- but any how you have managed to pay the same after repeated request.
Day – 4 - we reached lachun from lachen, delayed by another day by the grace of your mismanagement and false promises, made to us.
Day – 5 – after lunch we were about to return gangtok as per schedule, on the way you suddenly requested me that you are not able to pay the cab operator rs. 14, 000/- (Rupees fourteen thousand only) from your end and again told me to pay rs. 14, 000/- to cab operator. First i denied paying you the amount because earlier whatever amount i had paid you extra on your request you did not refund me till that day. Suddenly the cab driver stopped the car and told me that unless he gets his money he will not move the car anymore and he also told us to go to the police station if required. At that adverse situation in the middle of the road with family members and ladies i was bound to pay from my own pocket to north sikkim car driver and you assured me that you will refund me the amount by 16th october’19 positively (The copy of your what’s app & email is enclosed herewith for your ready reference). But you had failed to fulfill your commitment.
Day – 6 – you have not arranged anything for us to visit naamchi, which was included in you tour scheduled itenary, and in that case we have not visited ‘naamchi” due to your false promise made to us. Even you had not arranged the pickup cab for our return journey from hotel to njp railway station which was included in the tour package. Lastly again we arrange a local taxi ourselves on our own cost for rs. 400/- (Rupees four hundred only). From hotel to gangtok taxi stand, after waiting for near about 40 minutes you had provide the cab for our return journey to njp railway station from gangtok taxi stand.
In all this above mentioned circumstances i am bound to get rs. 17, 100/- {200+2500+14000+400} from your end which i have paid on your request from my own over and above the booked amount of rs. 64, 000/- and the same is requested to you several times to refund me back but instead of heeding my repeated request for refund you have provided me the several dates and times for payment, but till now not a single amount you have paid me, from your end though we have already paid you the entire tour package amount of rs. 64, 000/- from 05.07.2019 to 03.10.2019 by electronic mode.
