I was booking a tour package but unfortunately due to my personal problem, i canceled my trip. Mr. Suvendu adhikary ceo of "trip mantra' he told me i refund my money within a few days. But still, now i can't refund my money and mr. Suvendu adhikary not attend my call, & ignore me for refund money. I paid full trip amount rs. 52000 (Fifty-two thousand) september 2016. When i paid the money he send me an attachment file, which i upload with my complaint. Kindly help me to refund my money.
