Had booked a trip to Ooty via Trip Paramount. He sent us some confirmation pdf but when i called the hotels they said the bookings were not done. He said that they'll send the taxi driver numbers 15 days before the trip. I tried calling and texting them today on WhatsApp but there is no response. Was this information helpful? |
