[Resolved]  Tripclues.com — Refund not done but they themselves confirmed for booking but they said rooms are not available

Refund not done but they themselves confirmed for booking on 29th of April, 2022 but they said rooms are not available for HOTEL PARK, Puri, Odisha on that day afternoon.

They told me that they will be refunding it by that day evening 6 pm but they had not done till now.

Please look into the matter seriously as many frauds has been done from this website.
