Trip Clues India Pvt. Ltd. is a Cheater. I wanted to book Ocean View Hotel Puri . They got the advance and send me the bill with that name of the hotel. But after 4 month when I again call them for query they told me that my booking of that hotel was full Trip Clues India Pvt. Ltd not able to provide me the same hotel . so that Trip Clues India Pvt. Ltd give my money back next day it was 20/06/2022 tooday is 02/07/2022. i’m not getting...

I have booked Hotel in Nainital through Tripclues.com, but i want to cancel but they are not replied....

Refund not done but they themselves confirmed for booking on 29th of April, 2022 but they said rooms are not available for HOTEL PARK, Puri, Odisha on that day afternoon.

They told me that they will be refunding it by that day evening 6 pm but they had not done till now.

Please look into the matter seriously as many frauds has been done from this website....

This company is biggest cheater... They have confirmed a booking in hotel broadways inn manali through their executive gaurav... Its been 12 days since guest had check out from hotel and they are not releasing the payment... After calling several times they daily make excuses and gaurav is worst sales executive... Every time we call him he says he is on leave, he is driving he is not in office... We have regretted giving service to trip clues......

I booked the Hotel in Darjeeling with TripClues on 4th Jan 2017. The Sales Person Shivam Saxena ([protected]) told that it must be canceled 15 days before to get Refund. So i paid the amount Re. 3426.00 Online. For a family issue i canceled the Booking on 26th March. On 4th of April as i was informed, i provided my Bank Account details to them for the Wire Transfer.
