[Resolved] Tripgateway.in — I have been cheated

I have been assured of gifts for booking a company package of rs 8999 but now they say company is liable only when they agree in writing
Means company's agent can promise anything to cheat people and company will not liable of it i have all the call recordings till now. I have called more than 100 times but nothing happened now i have only option to file a complain agianst company

Never believe on agent till they agreed in writing they try to fool in various ways but at any cost dont believe them as my biggest mistake is i believe the agent
