I was told that I will get a free mobile after a purchase of the product but it was false but company compensated for the same.
When I was trying to book the package they didn't responded me timely. My package was about to expire hence I paid an additional amount to increase its validity hence I want my money refund so that I can use the amount for a different purpose.

      I have already paid amount for trip gate they have not refund my amount.

      They have sent an email me they will refund my money they have blocked my email id.

      Further regarding any query please call on the phone number provided below.
      Now you don't have any issue with the company and your query/concern is solved.

      Kindly remove or resolve all the compliant which you have posted in xyz websites and share us the screen shot and also kindly acknowledge the mail so that we can proceed further

        I have got a call from tripgateway mr. Rajiv year back regarding the offer fr 6n 7days package with a free gift offering sony home theatre n samsung s6 note which not recdtill daye n instead of repetativ complain no commitments were fulfilled... Pls try to get the refund from tripgateway the amt charged for 2packages 10499 each...
        The customer service incharge was miss riya who never gave proper reply...
        Co. Were not responding to my calls n were tonransfering their calls smong the service staff. Pls take serious action so that other people can not be a part of ths co. The way i have been.

          Last year i received a call from tripgateway regarding holiday package. Based on that i paid rs.10, 500/- fro 4n/5d holiday package. Now i decided to avail my package but their phone did not response. I looked into the google to sort out the issue, i realized that same thing happened with other people also. Now i don't find any solution how do i move?

          I never thought that this could happen with me where i transfer the money...

          Dear Sir,
          As per the telephonic conversation I had with Trip Gateway regarding combo offers we(I and Trip Gateway) have agreed upon following.
          1) 4nights 5days Asia trip for 4 people in 5star hotel with complimentary break fast and dinner.
          Travel arrangements for sight seeing at nominal charges.
          2) 4nights 5days international trip for 4 people in 5star hotel with complimentary break fast.
          3)Sony z4 tablet, black
          4) American tourister travel bag worth Rs.6000 or More!
          5)Sony HT-RT3 5.1 Soundbar
          6)12months interest free EMI, for the entire payment(Rs.10499+24599=35098) would be 2924 per month.
          7) Validity extended for 2years for the consumption of package.
          ----
          However they not honored any of their words and not giving the refund also.

          I have attached payment confirmation email. (Rs.10499+Rs.24599).Kindly help me to get back my money.(Rs.35098)

            Please do not take any one can take this calls to the custmer callseveryone please note that tripgateway is a big fraud company which neither provide gifts nor bookings and is daily working to trap people by all fraud means and fake promises.
            Please do not get trapped and spread this message on social media so that nobody gets trapped in future.
            They have hired people to make phone calls and sell packages which are of no use and they take our hard earned money.
            It is of no use to write them and waste time so please spread the message on social platforms so that should reach higher authoriries

              In month of june 17, i got a call from trip gate way company namely mr. Bharti. He told me about your packeges and all. Later on he gave some discount saying that i[censored] will buy this package in out happy hour then company will give u one gift, i. E samsung j7 mobile phone. All the payment i hav made it and later on he was not responding. I have complained to company customer care number too. But they said it's ur mistake and company is not responsible for kind of gift. I have requested them to refund my amount but they didn't.
              It's totally fake. Guyees pls b sure before buying any package. I hav been cheated by this and now company contact number and site both are down. Now at this stage u can't do anything. So pls refund my amount as soon as possible. I am working in indian navy.

                Dear all, tripgateway seems now with new name "my tripgate way" please don't get cheated, there are bunch of people togather making customer fool. Please be careful and verify the source. I tried as much i could, but these guys are born thieves they know how to steal others hard earned money.
                I tried tripgateway email address which non exist now and i tried mytripgateway email as well, it doesn't work either.
                Please help me how to get my money.

                      They are looting it professional over calls.
                      Dear -
                      I have purchased three package of 10499 for 4 nights in domestic. First some akash sales guy cheat us with some happy hour samsung phone which they have not given. Now booking comes, there terms and conditions says for 3 star staying facility. They are giving a budget property from far less then rs.1000/night in makemytrip.com. After checking, i have sent mail to cancel both within 24 hours of my purchase, same sales person called me and said that he can't cancel, and he was asking me to send acceptance reply for his mail, i wonder how a company adopt a cheap and shameful way to earn money.

                            I received a phone call from tripgateway company to sell the holiday package of rs. 8999/- with assured free gift of a samsung galaxy j7 mobile phone if booked during happy hour without giving any references. After about 40-50 mins of phone call and me trying to get away with the deal i was finally roped into it and made to pay online by giving false assurances and offers.

                            After about 7 days when i did not receive anything then i started contacting the company frequently but again false assurances or misleading answers were given by the employees which went on for about 2 months. Thereafter i asked for refund then they refused to do so.

                            Thereafter i tried to confirm my booking for holdidays against the package and they have not provided with that also so far.

                              I have refund my amount why because tripgateway persons call me u have booking the package so u have one complementary gift that is tab so i have booked three packages for that gift after one month i have call the company they said still its working plz wait some days then u have received gift again i can wait one week i am not receiving any gift, so that why ur services is not good pls refund my all packages amount, so after some days said still wait one week i can solve ur problem still contuing same problem they doest pick my call they have not receiving my mail also, he blocked my mail not only for me so many members also suffering same problem pls slove my problem refund my amount

                                Salesman calling from [protected] & 365 by saying his name as ajay gupta that my name has been selected by agency for offering assured gift moto 4g mobile if i bye there holiday package worth 10999 n on my suspecpecion of fraud he said as per govt rules all calls r recorded n on belief i had paid amount.. Latter on they started deviating from there statment nd hence i requested for refund by mail. But since that date given multiple mails but other than verbal assurance regarding refund no mail reply received.

                                  I have taken 2 international packages from tripgateway last year.
                                  I was cheated and sold both the packages and i had complaint as well and was about to go consumers court.
                                  After speaking to your representative he had promised me whenever i book i will get reservations.
                                  I tried couple of times to book but hotels you guys are giving is either homestay or 2-3 star, i have paid 9000 for each package and giving me home stay. Whats the use of paying you guys so much.
                                  Currently i had mailed for bookings and i get a reply not available try in october.
                                  Why should i try in october i have my leaves sanctioned and i wanted to finish off this package and m done with your pathetic services.
                                  There are no 3 star hotels over there forget about 5 star, then too guys are unable to serve me my bookings.
                                  I want my money refund from you guys.
                                  I have already raised a complaint for this on 14 aug, 2017 but no body has contacted me.

                                  I have already registered a complaint in consumer forum with complaint number - 402647

                                  If do not receive a refund with in 7 days, i am taking a legal action against you guys for fraud and you will definitely receive a notice.
