Hello sir,
I booked a 2BHK flat on TSL spring city, which is owned by Trishna Skyscrper Ltd.
I booked this flat on 11th November 2011.
According to the agreement the Trishna Sky Scrapper Ltd should hand over the flat on April 2014.If they will not able to hand over the flat on time they should provide the rent amount.
But Trishna sky scrpper ltd not giving us the flat on time or giving the rent amount.
Still now I had given 3lakh 39 thousand but they are not giving the flat to me on time.
Due to this I am in tremendous mental tension and pressure.
