Triviyaa — about delivery

I ordered for two kurthis and a saree with order num 145407 with trivial but received three cheap quality sarees i want to return them as soon as possible and get back my money. I am not able to view the cancel option on the website please do the needful and look into this problem. A very bad experience with triviya. Do the needful and return back my money

To return and refund, i dont understand why triviyya guys want card number, expiry date and CVV number ? Cant they transfer to bank ? i feel very fishy.

Shirty i am going to go for consumer court for the same . It is not safe to give cvv number etc to unknown .
