Triviyaa — about the wrong product received

I actually had ordered a gown in this website but today I received the product and I found out that it was not a gown but a 3rd class, cheap quality and horrible Saree. And now I can't contact them nor I can file a complaint to them. I tried to file a written complain but it's not taking my email ID nor my username. So, I kindly request you to resolve my problem. And help me get my refund back.
