I have ordered a designer pretty kurti - 001 (Order no 218032) in triviyaa.com and very different and very cheap cloth of 3 peace. The delivered products were not as same which we have ordered. I m hurting this all loss my costly time. So i want to return the products and refund my money (Rs. 530/-) that i pay the delivery boy as soon as possible. Please inform me the right track for returning the products. If it possible then also inform me the exchange policy.
Kindly confirm about the replacement or refund of money otherwise i will go to consumer forum.
