Sir, i ordered 3 kurtis that cost is 1823.00 but i opened the parcel there is 3 saree's. And saree's cost is very low. Also that saree's are defective. So i want to return that product. I am not wearing this type of saree. So plz help me how i return that product and return back my money. This product also one phone no bt that is not working. Is it a fake company or not that question aries my mind. Plz help me and suggest me what shall i do.

Updated by Rajashree Rath I ordered 3 kruties that amount is Rs1823.00.but my parcel have 3 saree's.that is not good and I don't like.so I return my things.plz help me and suggest me how can i return the items and return my cash..also these Sarees are detective.that is not good.i also try phone call.but this no is not correct.is it a fake company or Id also I am thinking..

Triviyaa — received wrong product/request for refund

I had ordered 3 Kurtis via order no. 107450 from Triviyaa.com on 16.04.2018. But I have received two cheap sarees today dtd:24.04.2018.
I want to return that sarees and want my money back at the earliest
