This is ishika sankhari. I purchased a designer gown (Product description - triviyaa desinger gown for women's-58) on may 14, 2018. Then i received a sms which stated that my order has been delivered in 7-8 bussines days. But today (I. E. May 21, 2018) when i received the product at 6:15 pm i saw that the product was mismatched. Then i called your customer care no. (1) [protected]; 2) [protected]) which i got from google, the call receiver told me that they (Triviyaa company) owuld refund me the total amount, which was 747 rupess, but in that case i had to provide him my debit card number. Providing debit card number is not secure, that is why i did not do that. I urged him several time to return my money through account transfer to my bank account, in that case i wanted to provide my ac. No. But he denied. At last i went to the nearest police station and the on duty officer called that person ([protected]) in front of me and he ([protected]) agreed to return my money into my account through ac no and ifsc code. Now when i am providing my ac no. And ifsc code, the first number i. E. [protected] is switched off and the second one i. E. [protected] is not being received.
Here i am giving two pictures. The picture numbered as 1, i have got and which is numbered as 2, i have ordered.
Still i am cooperating with you, if you don't then i have to take more legal steps, because it is a case of harasment, forgery, breach of trust.
