Triviyaa — got a fake item

I have ordered designer kurti but got a cheap saree how come i return this saree and get my money back... This is really shocking that i order a kurti (*top) but get another product... After i got the product soon i message the company but they didn't bother to reply. And how come it possible to write the complain atleast 350 words... We r complaining not writing an essay... Just waste of time... Hope i get my money back soon otherwise i am going to share this on social networks... I buy from the last 7...8 yrs from online but never get any fake item which i got today
