Triviyaa is very bad site...dont shop here frnz dey dont give d product what they display..the product they deliver is not same as the product they shown..the colour and material differs...very bad..i hate this side...very cheap product they deliver.. i was purches 2 sarees that was 3rd class that was 2 much diffrent from pic then i was call on [protected] that num they did'nt response a call that was totly cheap side... this is my order no.36544 Please tell me how i should return the product & want my amount back Was this information helpful? | |||||

I placed an order today. It is a designer gown for a special occasion (gown-69)
I was trying to order something else better but accidentally I placed a different white gown by mistake.
Kindly take a quick note of my complaint and cancel the order.

Very unsatisfied and waste of money ..
I ordered for designer pretty Kurti 003..
But wrongly received a material..
Which is not ordered exactly..
I want to return the product and get back my money.

I have order 3 saree on 9th of march 2018. I Orderd 3 sarees worth having price of 1000 almost but I received a saree which I never orderd and none of the 3 selected saree have come yet. I want to return product and I want my money back. There is no return policy and there is no cancellation option in the website.
Ordered for a western wear and received a worst quality saree. That too not worth the money i paid. Want to return the product now. I couldnt even find the order placed in their website. Worst online shopping experience. Request to take necessary action against them.
