Triviyaa — not got the products which I have ordered

Have ordered a pretty Kurti and one saree on 20th aoril 2018 and I got a totally different product in two cheap quality saree.The number which is given in the receipt, i have called there many a times, but the call was not connecting.theno. is [protected].Now I want to return this product .this is the biggest online shopping failure in my history. I want my money to be refunded as early as possible.

Please tell me how should I return the product and want my money back 1069 rs
