Triviyaa — order is not deliver

I placed an order on april 18 but till now i didn't get the tracking or delivery date details. I tried mailing them on their mail id provided in the site but it just doesnt deliver everytime it bounces back telling that id is having error. I also tried calling them on their number but waste because it also doesnt connects. Please i want tracking link and deliver date details about my order. Order number is 114085.
