Myself divya, i had ordered triviyaa designer gown for women-22 & 23 but i have received saree's instead of gowns. What nonsense is this, before dispatching the product cant u all check the product whether u are sending the ordered product or not. If the product is not available then please do not send the product which ever u all want. I have ordered for 2 gowns but received poor quality 3 saree's. Is this the service which u all give to the customer? I think your company is fake & fraud, # today i saw all the complaints of everyone regarding the same issue, if i would have seen before i would have not fall into ditch. I have not even received the tax invoice for which u have added tax. The mob no. Which is mentioned in the blue dart courier copy is also wrong no. & address is not proper.
So please refund my money at the earliest.

Don't cheat the customer by doing same mistake always. It brings bad name for your company. I have also sent the mail as soon as i received the parcel to [protected]@triviyaa.com, but no response from your end. Is this the way u all are giving the service the the customer's. Unhappy with service & company.
Please take away that poor quality saree's & refund my amount rs.1, 393/-
