Triviyaa — returning of the product delivered

I received my order on 30.04.2018.The product delivered for the order no 96476 AWB:[protected]is not the product which was ordered by me. Kindly take proper and quick step for it's replacement. The order was made for Kurti but a cheap quality saree has been delivered to me. It is purely a cheating and when I called at the customer care they asked for my bank account card details which is completely a crime.
