Triviyaa — returning product

I have ordered kurtis from triviyaa site but instead they have delivered me sarees which have cheap material. The sarees are not in fgood condition. I was literally shocked to see the quality of the product. This is seriously lack of responsibility on behalf of the website. I would never like to order again from this site. I want to return the product and want my refund back as soon as possible. Product no. Is 200302.
