Triviyaa — totally different product

I have ordered kurti reference number - 113146 designer preety kurti-01 but i got worst saree delivered from this triviyaa.in on 25 april 2018. I didn't like this product so i want to return it but there is no return policy if you mailed them then you come to know that mail is protected and no customer care is available. Please help me. I want my money back as soon as possible and return this product.
