Triviyaa — unexpected material

I have ordered for a gown. The order received was a dress material that is fully transparent. The gown shown in the picture was a fully stitched one and no where it was mentioned as semistitched or material. And the website doesn't have return policy mentioned anywhere.
The color is different, material is different. The dress on the whole is different.
I just want to return the material and get my money back
