Triviyaa — want to return back the wrong product and want refund

I recieved a wrong product and cannot find any way to return. So please help me in returning it and get refund of my money and take proper action against it. My order no is #193218. I ordered a red gown but recieved a blue saree and amount paid by me is 746.92. Please help me get refund. There's no response from the company. Email and mobile are fake. I want my money back.
