Triviyaa — wrong product delivered first time

I have booked designer gown on[protected].
But i got saree instead of designer gown.
Now i want to return it but no option showing for return.
Also consumer numbers showing on website is not operating and email address which they have provided is also not in working means mail is not delivering to them.
Is this the fake side?
Please don't buy any product from this side.
