I have ordered a dress and got a Saree that too of cheap quality. I am not able to find my order details in website so that I can make a request to return the product. Please help
I saw triviya add of facebook and thot of trying to shop, i orderd a gown for which i paid 750 rs but i received a cheap material saree, very light weight and something that is found on street shops, the material is extremely low quality.

This website is a scam.
Just taking money n sending a cheapest low quality items which can be buy within rps 100..
How can this website send this kindf stuff.. and the best part is this can not even have any option for any replacement or refund on website.

I am order a designer pretty kurti but I received another product so I want to return.my order number is 180833 l am ordering on date[protected] of Rupees 530.92(five hundred and thirty Rupees and minty two paisa l can receive product through delivery courier services on date[protected] but when we open product parcel it contains a wrong product
