On 20th december 2019, by using instant cash feature, i tried getting cash from it but the status is showing the amount is disbursed but it has not been credited to my account. And on top of that they are asking to repay the amount. Tried several times seeking for solution but faced a pathetic customer service from them. I've sent mails regarding this issue as suggested by one of their customer service agent, but of no use. Did not received any replies yet but asking for the repayment.
