My number is [protected]. Truebalance loan application is continuously harrasing me and continuously threating me daily. I have already said to that company that my current financial condition was very bad and I have no money. And my wife health condition was very bad. They are continuously disturbing me daily. Please take necessary hard step against this company and please close my current loan. I am really very worry now. Please reply me.

I am a software employee and i am busy with my official meetings. getting voice calls from true balance every day multiple times, with random numbers. if I block that number in my mobile they will call with different number again and again.daily its routine story.

I am getting calls from them more than 6 months every day and there is no specific timing.. i send mails to their customer care as well to stop it. they are not caring.

Help me to get rid of these calls from this company.

Transaction failed

I haven't subscribed truebalance befor but from some days I'm getting marketing robo calls from this company to get loan .
I also blocked that no. But they use different number at each time to harras me, I'm getting 10-15 calls in a day .

On 20th december 2019, by using instant cash feature, i tried getting cash from it but the status is showing the amount is disbursed but it has not been credited to my account. And on top of that they are asking to repay the amount. Tried several times seeking for solution but faced a pathetic customer service from them. I've sent mails regarding this issue as suggested by one of their customer service agent, but of no use. Did not received...

Respected sir/mam i have a done a bill payment of rs 3776 of dhbvn by truebalance but unfortunately payment get failed and money was deducted from my bank account. I have done this payment on 6-8-2018 but the money not get refunded yet. I have complaint to truebalance many times but they are not responding. My order no. Is [protected]. Please helpe sir.

Today on 3march 2018, i add money in truebalance wallet for recharge but did not recieve in my true balance wallet and amount is deduct from my bank a/c.

I add 200*2=400rupees but did not get in true balance wallet
on 3march 2018, i add 200 3times, 1st time i get but after again i add then its all happened with me. please give me my money back refund it please

I recharged 2 times on number [protected] of telenor for rs. 25 on 26 january with the id registered on number [protected] and debited the amount from rupay card o[censored]nion bank, account no - [protected], but the recharge got failed while the money from account got debited both the times. When first time this happened, i again repeat the recharge but both times i got same results with no refund for failed transaction. Not expected such worst service from true balance and also slow response for refund from the bank
So i request to refund my money soon of 50 rs. Back now as early as possible

Sir i was recharge amount 54 and 2nd recharge 30 airtel user. These recharge are in processing of 24 hours. That was too much time wasting recharge in processing show i was mail to truebalance please refund i cant wait more time but helpline not reply and my balance was deducted please help me or guide how can do refund. True balance helpline number not working. And there was no reply of my mails from true balance.
