Trujet cancelled their Mumbai-Kolhapur flight scheduled on 19th March. This cancellation information was provided only before 20 hours to the scheduled departure. Because of this got affected all our plans.
I tried to call customer case many times they are not available to listen.
Once they available she told me there is system maintenance on going because of this we are not available.
Since after more than 1 month also my refund amount is not received, please return my booking amount.
