Flight 2T517 was cancelled by Trujet on 05/03/2022.

But refund towards the full ticket fare paid of Rs. 14220/- is not received.

I have emailed them multiple times upto apalette authority level. But no response. Over phone they say servers are down so could not do anything. I need refund of fare + interest for 90days back to my same payment mode which was used to book ticket.

Trujet cancelled their Mumbai-Kolhapur flight scheduled on 19th March. This cancellation information was provided only before 20 hours to the scheduled departure. Because of this got affected all our plans.
I tried to call customer case many times they are not available to listen.
Once they available she told me there is system maintenance on going because of this we are not available.

We have booked three tickets from Jindal Vidyanagar (VDY) to Bangaluru (BLR) on 18/02/2022, Departure 10.00 am in Trujet flight 2T622. Our booking Number is PV5A2G in the name of

But on 17/02/2022 at 10.30 am, a message was received...

Trujet cancelled flight and not processed my refund since last 2 months. Despite continuous calls and follow up the entire team including manager do not provide any commitment to the date it will get refunded.

Customer care service is terrible with few names I unfortunately I have to deal with like SaiKiran, Nikhil, Ayub Mohammad etc.

I sincerely request everyone not to use Trujet airlines and get into problems...

Airlines had cancelled the flight like 20hrs bfr departure n till date i.e from 6th feb to 13feb no proper response from the truejet arilines team about the refund... I would like to complaint on the same......

My flight to Belgaum from Hyderabad on December 30 (flight number - 2T541) has been cancelled by Trujet Airlines with out even mentioning the reason. It's been 10 days the flight has been cancelled and they have not initiated refund amount yet.

They are highly incompetent and the customer care also never answers the call.

On 15 October 2021 for Nov 26th 2021, with Reference Pnr #:C3L545, i have booked Trujet flights through Yatra.com, but on November 23rd Trujet cancelled the flight and some customer care person called me and they will refund the money in 5 working days but after one month there is no response from them and money not been refunded....

Information that Hyderabad - Bangalore one-way Trip has been cancelled was received on Oct 2, 2021. The refund was said to be done within 24 hours and yet there hasn’t been any. The link provided in the mail to claim refund doesn’t open either.

With reference to the below subject, I wish to bring to the notice of DGCA that I had booked a Trujet ticket to Bengaluru from Bidar in Karnataka on June 30, 2021, vide booking no AAGF5K and E-Ticket no[protected] in the name of my son Veeraditya Kushnoor s/o Pradeep Kushnoor.

Before the lockdown, I had booked 2 trujet flights but somehow both of them got cancelled without any reason.
They booked another flight of the next day that also got cancelled. When we asked for refund, they said both will be refunded to my account.

This is not the first time, the same thing had happened in February and we never got our refund nor we could book any flight.

Firstly, we are informed about the cancellation one day prior the schedule. This is absolutely unprofessional behavior. They should have common sense that we should notify passengers one week prior. Disgusting

I am writing to you in connection with a 2t-trujet-532 flight which i was booked on january 10th, 2020 4.41 pm. The flight was supposed to depart from sxv selam terminal departure date january 25, 2020, at dep time 11.45 from selam, but was canceled under eu denied boarding regulation 261/2004 i opted to take to the re-routing option.
