Truweight — complaint about their super food and weight loss programme

We have opted this programme for weight loss and health related few issues for my husband.
When the person came for demo, we shared our views honestly, what are the requirements for us. My husband has to loose 20 kgs weight.
As he is very busy person doesn't get much time to follow exercise routines.
The guy explained us that how their dietician will be looking after each individual as per the individual needs.
But no such thing happened.
We joined from september, it's now jan 2019. Almost 5 months no results.
On above they keep sending useless super foods.
Every time. The box contains few soups, shakes, namkeens etc. My kitchen cupboard full with the stuff.
How much a person can eat??
After our continuous requests to the consultant that please send gluten free aata, dosas, idli, poha upma etc instead of namkeens and snacks they are not listening.
Keep sending box after every 20 days with same stuff.
Not bothered whether customer is satisfied or no??
Whether he is improving upon or no?
It's the programme helpful or no?
As promised to us... Till now no senior dietician is in touch with us.
Some inexperienced girl calls who doesn't understand anything.
They have exploited us.
We request you to get our money back or refund back.
We want to stop it now.
Don't want to continue the programme.
It's not small money, they have charged us huge money for useless programme.
