The food that they had insects and on reporting the customer care paid no heed in the beginning and later dismissed my claim citing vague reasons.
When i tried cancelling within 15 days of the promised refund period they are still deducting Rs. 16141.

As my program is going on there is no dietician to support me. I get one all in a week and if i am driving nobody is bother to call again.. I missed my appointment. Strange company. Nobody helps to stop the package. It is a kind of loot. No weight loss in 5 months... And nobody bothers in company. They work on with their routines. No importance to customer....

My wife had taken 3 months package for weight loss from truweight. Which ended on aug 12, 2018. The sales person had visited our residence to sell the package which included 10 days of detox period followed by 3 months of weight loss program. They took signature by telling application filling purpose but actually they took my signature for si form for auto debt from my account that too without informing me...
