Truweight — no response from sales team for extension of package

My wife had taken 3 months package for weight loss from truweight. Which ended on aug 12, 2018. The sales person had visited our residence to sell the package which included 10 days of detox period followed by 3 months of weight loss program. We were also told that within first 30 days, we will receive rs 2000/- worth of coupon which can be used for extension of package or for buying super foods of our choice. We were happy with the services & superfoods provided by truweight & their dietician. We however did not receive rs 2000/- coupons till date.
The main problem for us started when we approached the sales person for extension of package for another 3 months. The sales person offered a price of rs 16k (Minus rs 2000/- for free coupons) for 100 days extension (10 days detox + 3 months). When we told him if he can offer a better price, he told us that he needs approval of his senior.
We followed up with sales person 5 times every time the response was "i am busy, will respond tomorrow" or i am with another customer & will call in 10 minutes". Finally when we told him to go ahead with the price offered by him, he said it is not possible & the program also will be without 10 days detox.

The dietician in touch with my wife was also requested for help. The dietician also mentioned that someone senior from delhi office will contact us to close the issue. It has been two reminders & two weeks have passed but no one has contacted us.
