Truweight — service & product

Wowed by their ads, youtube videos, demo and book, i, an "obese" 100 kgs woman in her 40s decided to pursue truweight along with my husband in march 2019 to lose considerable weight and feel and look good at the end of the "platinum program" while my husband was wise enough to sign up for the 100 day program.

My journey was great for 2 months, lost upto 7 kgs... Then the trouble started.. Change in coach, delay in kits. My main intention of signing up for this program was not about staying on a diet but to have the motivation and determination to stay on course for which i required a coach. I must have spoken to at least 10 people till now expressing my concerns around the inability to follow the diet and the need for a motivation which fell on dead ears. I only received template responses which did not help me lose any further weight but ended up adding more weight.. As of today.

I have also requested for a refund many times as 3 of my kits were undispatched and i have literally thrown out 2 boxes of truweight products as they come with short shelf life. They convinced me into staying and as of now, i have one kit which i am yet to consume, the diet chart came in a partly paper after a month after my follow ups, excerpts below. If this was not enough, generally people dont respond, if a response is received, it is not in entirety. Also, the team has different versions of the conversation - they talk something, chat something else and mail something entirely different. Example : i was promised a diet chart that would make use of my existing unexpired products by roopa (Coach) but i receive a diet chart which does not include any of these forget a discussion. She also promises no products before lockdown would be included, i receive a product in jun that is manufactured on 2nd march 2020 which is again contradicting. Further, i receive a call from shruthi (Apparently escalation management) who starts off the conversation that "we cannot extend the program" while that was not even my ask in the below mail. I had no further patience to talk to her and not intend to correspond as well.

However, i just feel harrassed with the entire association with truweight. While i spent 1 lakh in totality, i was unable to leverage the coaching which was my most important ask and still have products unshipped and at the end havent lost any weight.
